1. Should I need to create an account to place an order

No, you don’t have to create an account to place an order. You can shop as a guest and checkout without creating an account.

2. What is the benefit of creating an account?

It takes a few minutes to create your account and all your profile will be saved so you don’t have to enter it for next time. You will also be amongst the first people we share our launches, activities, exclusive content, surprises and so much more with.

4. I’m not living in UAE but can I order online and delivery can be made to my friend in UAE?

Yes, you can place an order and pay through your credit/debit card. We will deliver your order to your provided location.I’m a tourist in UAE.

5. Can my order be delivered to my hotel in my absence? And how do I pay?

Yes, you can order online and we will deliver to your hotel address. Payment can be made by credit card on our website while placing the order. If you are not available at hotel, so order will be delivered at concierge. For such cases, please email us via hello@weareethra.com

You can pay online via debit card or credit card. We also offer 4 interest-free payments through Tabby & Tamara.

7. How long does it take for the delivery?

We deliver the next day for all orders placed before 5pm during working days.

8. Is Ethra perfumes Cruelty Free?

Our perfumes are cruelty free – we don’t test our perfumes on animals

9. Is Ethra using real oud, amber and musk in its perfumes?

Yes, we use natural extracts of those materials, however we never use banned ingredients.

10. Are these Perfumes Alcohol-Free?

We use standard denatured alcohol derived from natural sources like sugar cane, but it is unfit for human consumption. Our perfumes don't contain any traces of alcohol derived from dates, grapes, wheat or raisins. When we mention "alcohol" on the packaging we refer to Benzyl Alcohol & Amyl Cinnamyl Alcohol. To clarify, both ingredients are aromatic compounds commonly used in perfumery and cosmetics and have no links with Ethanol - a volatile substance found in beverages, mouthwashes or sanitizers.

11. Are these scents long lasting

These are highly concentrated type of perfumes that usually contain up to 30% to 40% of perfume oil. We thoroughly evaluate each perfume for at least 72 hours in a controlled environment before passing the fragrance.
